Consultation & Design
- All designs require a paid consultation fee (non-refundable)
• Final design must be approved before production begins
• Changes after approval attract extra charges & time
Fabric & Measurements
- Clients may bring fabric or buy from us
• We are not liable for defects in client-supplied fabric
• Measurement errors from our team are corrected free
• Client-provided errors or body changes attract charges
Pricing & Payments
- Prices reflect creativity, craftsmanship & finishing
• 60% deposit required before work starts
• 40% balance on collection/delivery
• Deposits are non-refundable once fabric is cut or purchased
• Bulk/wholesale pricing applies at management discretion
Production & Delivery
- Standard timeline: 3–21 working days
• Express & urgent orders attract extra charges
• Bulk orders follow agreed written timelines
Fittings & Adjustments
- At least one fitting required
• Adjustments allowed within 7 days
• After 14 days or event date = new charges
Bags, Accessories & Gifts
- Sold as approved or catalog designs
• Custom items follow garment policies
• Wholesale pricing for bulk orders
• Gift orders must be paid in full before branding
Quality & Craftsmanship
- All items pass quality checks
• Made by trained community artisans
• Beads & embellishments may need reinforcement over time
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
✔ Give accurate details & measurements
✔ Attend fittings on time
✔ Pay promptly
✔ Communicate changes early
✔ Treat staff with respect
Refunds & non-collection
- No refunds on custom-made items
• Uncollected items after 60 days are considered abandoned
Working Hours
Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: Closed (urgent orders only)
- Holiday & after-hours work may be done for urgent or bulk orders
• Extra charges apply and availability is not guaranteed
Ethics & Marketing
- We uphold dignity, empowerment & fair labour
• Finished work may be photographed for marketing (with consent)
